New mobile phone question

I am thinking of getting an O2 XDA Mini-S, are they any good, have read mixed reviews.

Basically I need to be able to view and edit office documents on it, and the connection to my WiFi is a huge bonus

I used to have a Qtek 2020i, that was OK. Had Windows on it, Office, WIFI and al that shit. Absolute shite as a phone though

Yeah to be fair this one gets bad reviews on voice quality
