Spurs continue to be ****ing shit, a club that has spent the money they have and continuous to be utter wank should be relegated regardless.

Sunderland, Villa & QPR are awful. If we go down and they don't we should be embarrassed...!

I think Palace will stay up now. It's amazing the impact a manager that the players respect can do for a club.

Although, historically, there were some statistics a couple of weeks ago which showed that the new manager effect only improved things for a few matches and that the number of points gained overall was very marginal compared to those clubs that kept faith with their managers.

That doesn't sound too surprising. Still, Pardew is a better manager than Warnock...

Yeah we were really adrift - this is the problem with being so far off, even if you put a run together, you have to hope everyone else drops points.

Villa have Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea up next, so 0 points from 3 games. We've got Stoke, Man U and Palace, so realistically 6 points. I think we overtake QPR and Villa in the next 3 games - Hull and Palace look trickier.
 
Palace edged it at Burns (draw might have been better for us!), QPR lost to Man U, Villa and Sunderland both lost, so quite good for us, even if we lost.:thumbs_up
 
Sunderland should have lost by another goal. How the feck linesmen or whatever can officiate at the top level and not understand the offside rule?!
 
With Hull losing today, had we won yesterday we would have gone up to 16th!

Yes we could have, conversely, with other results going in our favour, we only have to get 3 more points than the 3 teams above us between now and end of the season to stay up.

Still in it !
