Away games are always about getting the points, we did that without really breaking a sweat. Subdue the home team and take your chances, that’s the way to do it.

We could have 10 wins under our belts by crimbo.....

That tosser Puel, who does he think he is playing that team, that formation and then get a 0 - 2 away win! And to add insult to injury he's gone and got back to back wins and taken us to 7th! Twat! Puel out!

I thought I'd have a look at our points return from our first seven games over the last few seasons:

2014/15 - 9 points
2015/16 - 12 points
2016/17 - 8 points
2017/18 - 5 points
2018/19 - 12 points

And then what we got from our next seven games:

2014/15 - 1 point
2015/16 - 17 points
2016/17 - 5 points
2017/18 - 12 points
2018/19 - ?? points

And where we finished up:

2014/15 - 14th
2015/16 - 1st
2016/17 - 12th
2017/18 - 9th
2018/19 - ??

I thought this was quite interesting, from before today’s matches:

If this season's games so far were decided solely on second half performance we would be second in the table behind Man City.

My god Newcastle were awful. So, so awful.

We did what we needed to do. That’s four wins so far without being outstanding in any of them. I’m not sure whether that’s a good thing or not. I think it is.

Does Papy make you happy ?
I think he is a class little player. In those tight little spaces he recycles the ball so well. He is also becoming more dynamic and creative in his play.

Plus in the summer we lost the most creative and influential player we have ever had in Mahrez, its means there is definitely a lot more to be positive about from the start of the season than there is to be negative.

Good controlled performance that could have been so different if Newcastle had taken one of the two chances they had in the first half.
Chilwell was good. Mendy too. Amartey good in the first half, but needed slightly more concentrate in the second. Richardo look far more comfortable at right wing.
Maddison is wasted on the left wing and I think Puel is still looking for his best formation . Nacho is not doing enough for me and I would play Albrighton on the left and Maddison behind Vardy .

Every game is like that we wasted chances against Bournemouth at 0-0

Tend to agree. Remain extremely skeptical but we are generally winning the games we should.

Our next 7 fixtures are:

Leicester v Everton
Arsenal v Leicester
Leicester v West Ham
Cardiff v Leicester
Leicester v Burnley
Brighton v Leicester
Leicester v Watford

I can see at best 15 points from that lot but conservatively 12.

That would leave us nicely (12 points scenario) on 24 points from 14 games and heading for ~65 points which wouldn’t be too shabby!
