Really disappointed that I didn't catch the game..

After seeing the line up I thought we'd dytuggle for goals.

Come on everyone, we beat man city and Chelsea.....

I'm not going to moan about the team selection. Changes were perfectly sensible.

The issue I have is with us selecting two players - Morgan and James - who were both clearly not match fit. Morgan was nowhere near his usual level and James just could barely run. He could have started with Soyuncu and King and made changes but included players more likely to be able to compete. These two decisions are unfathomable.

I thought through the game we were the better side and were unlucky with the number of deflections and misses. Overall, there is no way we deserved to lose it.

However, that's a humiliation. Probably the worst one we've experienced since 1980. Nobody comes away from that with anything other than shame.
 
Puel went out of his way to lose that tonight the selection shows it, Puel shows no ambition the same applies to the league he is happy finishing between 10 - 7, we need a manager with ambition.

to start with James and have Andy King on the bench ( the poor bloke has not played for ages) shows he has no interest in the FA Cup.

For the love of god please sack him !!

Always the ****ing same.

A great return over Xmas & the New Year followed by the season being effectively over by the end of the first week in January.

Another ****ing wasted season thanks to mismanagement. 2 cup ties where titting about with the lineup has seen us go out. & for what? So players can be rested for league games that will now be irrelevant to the way the season finishes. Going into both games we were in no danger of relegation & had no chance of Europe by league position.
Whats the ****ing point of even entering cup competitions if we're going to treat them like that? May as well do a Manure & **** the FA Cup off altogether & have a winter break to sell some t-shirts in Thailand.

Sickening & into the bargain a ****ing insult to fans who spent money to make a long trip to a dismal shithole on a cold day. ****ed off with this shitty attitude. It was bad enough when the "big boys" did it. Now every club in the top 2 divisions plays the same useless game. It's ruined everything.

I'd much rather get to a cup final & finish 12th than go out in the 3rd round & finish 8th. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a **** who deserves the modern game & the bollocks associated with it.
 
Didn't have an issue with team selection but what I did have an issue with was despite trailing for most of the game we continued with 2 defensive midfielders and one striker .....I repeat 1 striker. That was shambolicand yet again we lose to a lesser team. Puel ball is not working, their keeper should have been man of the match, he was nowhere near tested enough tonight, that was powder puff. Credit to Newport who were magnificent.

Can't see him surviving this one
 
This game really highlights our lack of quality in depth. We've got little goal threat these days. God help us if Vardy gets crocked. Is Puel surviving off the quality of some of the players at his disposal rather than the quality of his football?
 
Load of bollocks. I don’t give a shit who you think you are, if you let any professional side outfight you you’ll get what you deserve. Whole performance stunk of arrogance. At no point did I think our piss-weak attack would break through, so I was stunned when Ghezzal’s shot went in. Commentators kept yammering about us being the better side but I just didn’t see that. I saw us going forward and controlling the ball a lot, but that’s not the same thing. The better side was the one that could be arsed defending, getting players in threatening positions, and making sensible decisions on the ball.

Iheanacho was flimsy as ****, again. Okazaki is basically an extra defender for the opposition when he plays like he did today. Ghezzal’s passing is comical at times.

Fully deserved embarrassment.

the team selection was shocking the only striker we had was Shinji, Ieanacho is no striker believe me, no Vardy on the bench summed it up for me.

What is more worrying is this...

A **** ton of money has been spent after our PL triumph and yet we are actually worse. There is no depth to us.

Ulloa would actually have better than the striking options we have after Vardy. There is no improvement at all in the squad.

If Vardy gets injured we will have utterly nothing.
