Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson has been nominated for the League One Manager of the Month award for January.

The Foxes racked up four victories and one draw for the period in question - a run that helped them to increase their lead to 10 points at the top of the League One table.

Paul Trollope (Bristol Rovers), Nigel Adkins (Scunthorpe United) and Paul Lambert (Colchester United) have also been short-listed for the prize.

The winner will be announced on Sky Sports News on Thursday, February 5 at 1:20pm.

Pearson has already picked up the award for August and December this season.
