And if you're travelling south, and facing the way you're travelling...

If you look to the right as you enter Lancaster station you should be able to see Lancaster City's ground. I think some of their seats came from Filbert Street.

Then as you approach Preston, you should be able to see the top of one of their stands on the left.

Wigan's ground is clearly visible on the right before you get to the station.

Crewe's ground is on the right, right next to the station.

Not if you're on the West Coast main line. You do if you're going from Preston to Manchester.

Well we got as far as Crewe then all the trains were cancelled, because of the flooding in London, eventually managed to get a train to Nottingham and arrived in Leicester around midnight
