Third-placed GW9 crashes out at the first hurdle, surrendering to Xowie. Rock-bottom Rotherham turns over OldGit. Jeff boots jb5k out. Motown makes short work of give_us_a_wave. porkie makes it look easy too, racking up a decent score against Orifice. foxybru also progresses, beating a high-scoring Dorset.

In the weekend's friendly match, Blaarev beats jas despite having picked both Chelsea and Manchester United.

Fun fact: if this had been a league weekend, only foxybru would have got a bonus point.
