A friend of mine has gone and bought a dinner dress, and is now looking for somewhere to wear it, I can't think of anywhere to go where you would dress up so much.

Any suggestions?

We went there for Sunday lunch a couple of weeks ago for my great-aunt's 90 something birthday. I had an argument with one of my daughter's as I insisted it wasn't a jeans place (which is all she wears usually) and when we got there she pointed out that a fair few other people were wearing jeans:mad:

I would avoid Sunday lunch there as I felt they had tried to cram as many people in as possible, and we were asked to wait before going up to the carvery due to the queue, so there was quite a gap between the starters and the main course.
