Other than Wycombe in the Cup that Bolton game was one of the most depressing games I have ever been to.
Think I was in the Kop and at half time I was seriously thinking of going back to the pub. Hardly ever left a game 5 minutes from the end nevermind 45 minutes but it was possibly only the "what if" that made me stay.

Trouble is the "what" aspect of the game was going to be- how long Taylor would get before he was sacked.

Asked him for the £20m he spunked on shit players. His reply was rather childish, along the lines of ''at least I got a chance to be football manager'
