I’ve really no idea how good a manager he is. But I have found it odd that one promotion, a couple of play offs and a terrible start in the PL have led to people saying he should be our manager. So basically, Pearson-level accomplishments. And I’m a Welshman.
An U17 World Cup.

Two playoffs in a row with Swansea, which the new Chelsea manager couldn’t manage before him, and the manager after him has gotten nowhere near.

A promotion having taken a team from bottom of the league to a league they haven’t played in for 22 years, along with a decent FA Cup run in the same season.

I’d say he was pretty decent.

Yeah he's won matches - but more importantly - is he a tactical genius?

And more more importantly - is he any good with his feet? If he is, he could replace Ward as well.

I've just put £5 on Allardyce becoming our next permanent manager at 66/1.

Make of that what you will.

He’s probably shaking his head at the fact that he left all his summer gear back in Thailand and wasn’t dressed appropriately for the tropical weather.

He'll be stopping over here longer than planned due to the fictional heatwave. Warm snow due soon enough.

There could be four in the starting line up tonight, Pop will love that.
I'm already soaking up the atmosphere in town and.... oh, no, there isn't any. Everyone's ****ing miserable. Add to that Dennis Praet in the starting lineup tonight and we may as well just all turn up with a book and read instead.
