Season 3

Towards the end of the season it appeared we were no longer getting 7 players.

I thought maybe it's time to fresh it up and recruit some folk to play for us.

We have received an enquiry off a keeper which has caught me in a hard place. He's non-TB but a mate of a TB'er.

Chris has mentioned he could be retiring from us, Spanky is in Holland and DD's fleeting appearances leave us weak up front.

MHS's new 'full-time' job leaves his situation up and down.

Leaving 4 of us full-timers.

So I was just questioning whether anyone is 'calling it a day' because I think we need to go shopping.

I really enjoyed playing for TBFC and anyone that is considering it i say go through with it because we need the extra players espically us 'Pro's' are either on International Duty or Long term Injury as well as Education and Work commitment, this is a good chance to play regular football and meet your fellow TBFC righters,

P.S, i was shit scared to meet melts after the abuse hes not that bad

A little birdie (where did that saying come from?) tells me that my team is being moved up a division despite finishing third and the fact we've turned shite in the second half of the season.

I wouldn't be "full time" but would be willing to play two games in one night when you're short on players.

Are you sure DD with your problem? It might end up hanging out for a couple of hours,Melts will pop it back in for you though.
You want to be careful you don't dislocate your shoulder again as well..

I have a few injuries that I am struggling to shake off, and I can't be 100% relaible due to work commitments.

I had intended to play tomorrow, but I now need to attend a meeting in Essex at 16.00 that could potentially drag on for hours.

Sorry guys, can't give you any sound reliability

Who knows? I would still like to carry on playing, I just can't guarantee my reliability.

As for mg, the nurses outfit doesn't leave the bedroom anymore. Not since the episode with the mannequin, the handcuffs and the key. :icon_wink
