It wasn't offside, so he must've seen a foul somewhere. All the pushing and shoving was being done by the Slovenians, from what I could see

I disagree, i think it was 50/50 so he couldn't give it either way!

Not a chance, just watched it replayed, several times, the Slovenians were playing Rugby at that point. There were all least four penalty calls
