Having just read a previous thread where everyone is suddenly quite the expert on who's going to finish where in the division, I have decided to lay down a challenge to one and all!

Basically I want you (if you've got the cahoonas to do so) to predict who's going to finish in the top 5 and bottom 5 of all the English proffesional leagues. And just so there's no confusion for some of you, that means the teams finishing 1st - 5th and 16th - 20th in the Premier League
1st - 5th and 20th - 24th in the Championship, League 1 & League 2

I will award you 1 point for each and every position your team is Away from your prediction; ie: If you were to predict that the Baggies would finish 1st (as a lot of you think) and they actually finish 10th, you would get 9 points because your prediction was out by 9 league places.

Obviously (I think) the true Football Guru will be the one with the LEAST points at the end of the season. And have untold bragging rights!!

You will have post your predictions here or PM your predictions to me if you don't want people to see them. If anyone has any ideas how to formulate a spread sheet to ease the mathematics then great:icon_bigg If not I'll sort it.

I think the only strict rule of sorts will have to be that your predictions have to in before the first game kicks off!

And for those in the know how, is there a way this thread can be shown again nearer to the start of the season??
