Same here on the NOW thing. I cancelled the renewal as soon as id paid and then today when checking when it runs out I spied it was back on auto renew at 16.99 or something...just a heads up.

When you try to cancel they make several attempts to make you change your mind, and it's only once you've gone through several screens saying you're sure you want to cancel that they actually do it. So it's easy to think you've cancelled when you haven't. I've done that myself but noticed before the renewal was due.

Aye, when i did it i was hoping for an offer but none came. Fairly sure I got a confirmation email. I do the cancelling shit every so often on the mobile version as you pay 6 quid then 1 quid a month after for 2 or so.
