what are our tactics,as long suffering fans we have had to put up with this rubbish for too long.

my biggest concern is the players not knowing there jobs,i really believe when they walk on to the pitch,they have no game plan,and are deviod of attacking ideas

the constant system and personnel changing also backs this up.

the manager talks a good game unfortunately he cannot put it into practice

Maybe I'm an ignorant ****er but to me football and tactics are pretty simple. Surely you stick to a simple formation and play players in their rightful position. Sod all of this forwards on the left-wing and centre-backs in midfield and having one formation when you attack and one formation when you're defending. When it comes to tactics you can be too ****ing smart for your own good.

We won't give up on our club Ollie but we've already given up on you.
