Spiritualized are a great band Ladies and gentlemen we are floating in space was an amzing album!!

I remember seeing them years ago at Rock City with Mercury Rev (although it was the worst version with David Baker on vocals) and The Flaming Lips were on the same bill but had to cancel, which was a real shame! but that would still be an amazing line up today IMO

That was some line up Pietaster. I was (un)fortunate to know some of the original members of Spiritualized so I've watched them 'grow' right from the start. I can't put my finger on it but while LAGWAFIS is great it's also probably my least favourite Spz album. I still think that they are by far the best live band going, although it's all going a bit garage rock now. New album due from them July/August/September time if you're interested.
