Tapatalk on iPad

Anybody else use Tapatalk on iPad? When going to unread posts it now goes to the LAST unread post in each topic rather than the FIRST unread. Never used to do that. Tapatalk on Android still works as it should.

Tried it. Didn't like it. Prefer the web version.

Have you changed the settings?
The android version let's you change the settings so you can choose first post, last post or first unread post. Presumably the iPad version let's you do that too. I'm using the old android version, from before they made it crap.

Not changed anything Jeff. I can see that menu option on the Android version but not on the iPad one.

Jeff, are you sure this isn't a setting at your end? Just subscribed to another Tapatalk forum and that works as it should. Thanks.

The behaviour is set by the app, not the forum. It's working OK on the Android version, so it should work on the iPad one.

You are not entirely right :icon_bigg

The app (or when logged in via the web) takes the 'unread' flag from the forum otherwise if you log in using different means the unread posts would be all over the place!

The bit of the software in the iOS Tapatalk client on iPad that reads the unread flag on the forum may well be broken which of course as you suggest isn't a forum issue. Strange that the feature seemingly works on another forum though.
