Well, it's the moment no-one has been waiting for.

Please see above a table I will be updating each time we gain points and pass a milestone.

I have looked at the last 10 years final points tally and worked out the lowest, average and highest points achieved for each position.

Just a bit of fun and perhaps some people may find it useful or amusing.

Thanks Jeff.

Makes interesting viewing.

There sure is plenty of reason to be a tadge optimistic for the season run in.
Cheers.

Your "low" for the 6th place does seem a little high, though.

Didn't we get 6th with less than that last year?

Jeff can you oblige with a 69 please....oh er matron make that 68.

Cheers Jeff...you pedantic bastards. :067: :046: :icon_wink

Fascinating work Camberwell. It is interesting that there is a twenty point gap between two teams who both came first. Of course in the end the important number is the difference in points between us and our second closest challenger.
At the moment there are five teams with a real chance of automatic promotion although Forest will have to get a brilliant set of results to qualify. Burnley have to get at least a draw at QPR on Saturday if they are to stay in touch with the top two.

A draw for those two and a win for us would be delightful

I'm not so sure Matt, I am inclined to want QPR to win and therefore the top two will pull away.

Champions would be nice but the ultimate goal is promotion.

Hopefully we don't get 21 points from our last 19 games again then otherwise it's play-offs again!

I hope this is a legible table on a PC, it's is unreadable on my ipad and android phone.
