Trophy Presentation... ?

I don't want to tempt fate, I'm trembling nervously in intense anticipation of total glory... But one thing I need to confirm..

IF we were to win the Premier League title against Everton, will we have the trophy presentation following the game?

It's something that has been debated intensely between friends and family... So I wanted to get 100% confirmation.
