Swansea vs Villa is meant to kick off at 1.30 and there was some talk of postponing the game apparently. BBC are now saying it will go ahead however. Be a strange game for many of those players who are in the Welsh team and the fans of course.

Tributes coming in on Twitter from players. Robbie Savage says he spoke to him just yesterday, Michael Owen takes his kids to the same school and saw him a couple of days ago. He was on Football Focus yesterday. Absolutely shocked. You just don't know what's going on in someone else's head.

Shocked. This was the last thing I would have expected to hear today.

Utterly shocked when it was announced on Goals on Sunday, even more shocked to hear it looks as though it was suicide. I thought perhaps it was a tragic car accident or maybe even a heart attack or stroke but never would have expected it to be suicide. He seemed like he was a person very much on the up rather than someone who was suicidal. Completely gutted for his family
