I wonder if there any TB members that have actually met Debbie Harry.

I been within a couple of metres of her once - I helped steward a Blondie gig at the Hammersmith Odeon in '79 ( a guy in Harlow had the contract to do all the gigs there ). And, yes, she was ****ing hot!

Saw her at demont about two/three years ago,performance wise she was crap.She looked ok though well for 60 anyways. She peaked (as did i) when she sang denis in that red and white striped dress and black blazer.:icon_razz
The thing with female rock singers is they are not in general pretty but they are more of the dirty cow variety. Chrissie Hynde who was a particular favourite of mine was a classic example of the dirty cow/ ugly mare combo often found in rock.
