CHELSEA HANDED FA FINE
Chelsea have been fined £10,000 and warned about their future conduct by The Football Association.
The Premiership champions were charged with failing to control their players during their West London derby against Fulham at Craven Cottage on March 19.
Jose Mourinho's side denied the charge and requested a personal hearing, but The FA's Disciplinary Commission found them guilty of the charge on Tuesday.
The FA handed out a £10,000 fine to the Stamford Bridge outfit and warned them about their future conduct.
Chelsea lost the game in question 1-0 against Fulham, in a match famously remembered for Didier Drogba's goal being ruled out for handball even though it looked like both referee and linesman were unsighted. Referee Mike Dean later sent off William Gallas as a mass altercation ensued on the touchline, while the Frenchman also looked to gesture towards the home crowd as he left the pitch.
