Zone alarm

Ive just installed the 15 day trial on my pc and on my mothers laptop, we use a router to share internet access but since iv installed zone alarm onto the laptop it wont allow internet access, i am looking to buy this at the end of the trial but only if i can get it to allow internet access on the laptop. Anyone have any ideas what im doing wrong? All help will be appreciated thanks in advance.

Yes, you've installed Zone Alarm, that's where you are going wrong. :icon_wink

If you're both behind a router then Zone Alarm isn't really going to offer you any benefit at all.

Uninstall it & carry on with your life.
