Remove a member of The Zutons to turn them into a decent band?

A few clues:-

1. Saxaphone is the worst instrument ever invented.

2. Mixed gender bands are pretty bad (except, New Order, Elastica, Arcade Fire, Veruca Salt, Blondie)

3. It's a bad thing to have someone in your band dancing around like character from the muppet show.

4. Harmonies that make a band sound like the cast from Grease are a bad idea.
