It was more to point out that winning a league doesn't necessarily equal a double in valuation. Inler also won the league but his value will surely have halved if not more.

He may not be a starter but he's still a key player in the squad.

A bit part player doesn't mean they aren't important. Just look at Soljskaer when he was at Man Utd

It's his call as far as I'm concerned. If he's happy to stay, he stays. If he wants to move on for a greater chance of first team football, that's fine by me too. If he's got any sense, he'll wait until close to the end of August before making any final decision. I expect that his agent is trying to ensure that all options remain open for him.

A few weeks back, we were being linked to several strikers but it appears to have gone quiet on that front. If we add further attacking options and he's some distance from the first team, he might prefer to move on.

But he wasn't talking about Inler, he was talking about a player who played a huge part in winning us the league title.
