@camberwell fox I'm not sure how long we can cling on to Dewsbury-Hall being a 'young player'. That's an interesting idea about Daka being a disappointment in the Championship, though. I think you might be right.

I know so little about the Championship that I have to admit I meant Derby.

Due to my incredible knowledge I am happy to transfer my vote to Cardiff now…

I also have to add that I am not looking forward to this season in the slightest.

I can see a slog of a season with the squad in its current imbalance and can’t really get terribly excited.

Hopefully a few early wins will change this but I have my doubts…

There is something slightly amusing on how many of us are relying on a 37-year-old man (as he will be in January) to be our main goal-scorer.

There is something slightly amusing on how many of us are relying on a 37-year-old man (as he will be in January) to do be our main goal-scorer.

I'm bewildered by the blindness towards Vardy.

If he's still here in September, he will play half the games at best and he'll be injured regularly.

I can also see him getting pissed off with it all and getting a couple of red cards. He'll be a marked man for all the clogger central defenders he comes up against.

Not a prayer that he scores double figures.

Word on the street is that he has also had no reduction in his wage and will be earning almost £160k a week this season.
