If they've implemented the system correctly you should be able to do it.

Have you tried putting two tickets in your basket?

If it lets you do that, click on "assign" next to one of the tickets and enter your brother's client reference number and surname and it should let you buy it.

Tried to buy two tickets like you said but it wouldn't work.

It doesn't surprise me, they're clueless when it comes to online stuff and it seems to be getting worse.


I've tried to buy a Preston ticket this morning and even though they've been on general sale since Friday it says "UNFORTUNATELY, THIS TIME YOU DON'T HAVE THE CORRECT PRIVILEGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THIS MATCH. "


They've not set up the membership section of the ticketing site properly because when you go to it you get this message:

[ Configurable Client Text ] This area should be used to provide up to date information on Membership Sales & Renewals

I don't know if they're overworked or just crap at their job, but it gives the impression that the club is being run by idiots.
