If people want, I will knock something up similar to the league-ratings, it will be completely anonymous (I will submit the database structure to someone in the know to confirm I cannot see the votes) and it will just total everyones scores up in a league system, top 7 play for A team, lower 7 for B team. Scores out of 10, dead simple?

I can do it on averages and you score a 0 if you miss a game to take that into account, so if you miss loads you suffer

Would only work if both teams play on the same night, with people not able to make certain nights. ]

If both teams play on the same night it'll be a lot easier to pick and choose who is in each team.
