I read an article yesterday that Derby did exactly the same in 2003. Their holding company went bust with debts of £30m+... but Derby didn't lose any points.

I think that as long as none of the debts owed by the club are wiped out because of the administration then they get away with it.

I know what you mean, I thought that myself. But how can they possibly run up debts of £xx millions and none of it be connected to the club in some way.

It's already stated it's because of the £30m spent on the stadium so how they will prove it's nothing to do with the club I have no idea.
