How many of those teams that signed our players ended up going on a downward spiral?

I reckon that in the last five years we have signed every single cursed player there is on the whole planet!! They come to us, are shit, make us shit, get signed by somebody else, are even shitter, make them even shitter and end up at Forest Green Rovers!

How many of those players have gone on to play at the top level. (Or even been in Premiership teams squads) not many. Says it all about the managers that we've had here over the last few years.

Very quickly, all players who have played for City (and others who didn’t) since the start of the 2004-5 season and since left:

Kevin Pressman - Scunthorpe (coach, but still registered as a player)

Sweet Jesus.

He must be about 50 by now. He could hardly move when he was with us.

Top post though.

Evidence of his mobility. He's only 72 in this video

Warning: this video may cause serious distress and/or flashbacks to any Leicester fans who witnessed the game against Preston on October 2, 2004.

There was a short period over the last few years that the bottom three teams in league 2, being Wrexham, Notts County and Mansfield, all had one thing in common.

Their goalkeepers were all ex Leicester.
Gavin Ward, Russell Hoult and Carl Muggleton.

And now:

Gavin Ward - still at Wrexham
Russell Hoult - still at Notts County
Carl Muggleton - goalkeeping coach at Notts County

Start a new thread. Perhaps poll based. That's what i'd do.

Wahoo, everyone loves a new thread and everyone loves a new poll. wahoo.

Excellent work there, how long did it take?

Anyhow, looking at that list just reminds us how many crap managers we've had in the last four years!

So how about a list of where the all the managers have got to then.....

Easy enough. From the same season:

Micky Adams - Brighton
Dave Bassett - was caretaker at Southampton, then assistant manager at Leeds until Dennis Wise left. Now cutting his grass.
Craig Levein - Dundee United
Rob Kelly - Preston assistant manager
Nigel Worthington - Northern Ireland
Ginger Leveinho - Bolton
Frank Burrows - as far as I can tell, nowt
Gerry Taggart / John Rudkin / Steve Beaglehole / Mike Stowell - still on the club's coaching staff
Ian Holloway - raking leaves

I dont post often these days but I had to post to say.
Give BM to award NOW. No debate no competition.

BM should also go on Mastermind and write the next Fossiles to Foxes book.

Brilliant
