Five-Star Academy Thump Pompey
Posted on: Sat 15 Sep 2007
Leicester City's academy side continued their unbeaten start to the season with a 5-0 victory over Portsmouth at Belvoir Drive on Saturday.
Billy McKay grabbed two goals in the dying moments of the first half as City's dominance began to show.
Billy Kee made it 11 goals in five games shortly after the break before McKay completed his hat-trick.
Robbie Burns rounded off the scoring five minutes from time with a fine lob over the Portsmouth goalkeeper, making it four wins out of five in the FA Premier Academy League this season.
Team to follow.
