Your post is suggesting we are holding back from announcing UNTIL we have signed the player for financial reasons. Well the announcement has come before any signing!!!!!

Elliott anouncement to the media made first thing this morning. On radio by at least 10 O'clock. So you think that a deal had been struck before 10 O'clock this morning?

Darren Moore. Its all down to pesonal terms. In our favour we have offered him more money. In Forests favour is the fact that he knows Megson very well and he has promised him a guaranteed place in the team.
