Can't believe nobody has pointed out Dublin could only last for a half tops. He's quality though.

not when he came on as sub :icon_lol:

Can't see Dublin playing much this Season.Injuries have caught up with him IMO surprised if he sees out the Season

not read it all but.....

De Vries should always be chosen above Dublin if we want to play passing football. all dublin's good at is heading. playing him will just promote going back to the hoofing game.

At the risk of starting an anti-dublin riot...

When Dublin came on against Ipswich his control and ability on the deck were better than MdV's for me. Dublin shows his class every time he comes on. MdV is fitter (thats his only advantage over Dion) and not a bad player but nowhere near as classy as Dion. If Dion had MdV's fitness I'd start him every time.

I thought Dubs looked seriously off the pace at the weekend...he came on and did nothing for me. Looked a game or two behind the rest!:icon_eek:

I thought we looked more of a threat when he came on. Probably because the Ipswich defence were tiring and Dublin won a few headers that MdV wouldn't have won.

I don't think he's going to start many games, but I think bringing Dion and Elvis on if we need goals could be a good tactic, Elvis using his pace to get onto Dion's flick ons.
