By Pre-season?
By the start of next season?
Already back now?

I heard he was back in light training when we had the Player of the Year do, whatever light training is supposed to be.

Not an expert by any means, but would guess it's things like light jogging, musclework etc - i.e. no physical stuff.

I hope the lengthy injury doesnt affect him too much. I can easily see him becoming a Walsh-like figure in the team, if not. Maybe he can make a "Silence of the Rams" style return :icon_bigg

Talking of Walshy, I went to that Q&A with him and Elliott at the Showcase cinema last night.

I think it's safe to say his opinion of several people is shared!!

Got my questioned answered about Dennis Wise as well, didn't really need to know that Elliott was starkers at the time!:icon_eek:

Peter Taylor? I remember reading an interview once in which Wash said he didnt like the way he did things from the first moment he became manager.

Especially the part where Taylor showed Walshy the A47, and told him to **** off up it to Norwich, I bet.

Well his name was mentioned......don't think many of the players liked him!:icon_roll

He also said he was paid to leave Leicester, just to get him out the club cos Taylor didn't want him there.

Oh yeah, and he thought Sav was a first class prick.
And strangely enough none of them thought highly of Wise.

The cowardly snivelly little shit.

I also think it's safe to say Elliott didn't think much of Junior Lewis either!
When asked what was their best moment as a City player, Scott Taylor said it was winning the play-offs, Walshy said beating Derby and lifting the cup at Hillsborough, and Elliott said despite scoring at Wembley and lifting a trophy, his best moment was seeing Junior Lewis drive out the training ground for the last time!

And 2-3 hours in the treatment room .

thats about what he does plus some gym work .

last i heard he should be be ok for the start of pre-season .

My dad went to that, and said how Heskey's dad wouldn't let him go on the piss after winning the league cup in 1997, and took him home when the bus arrived back at filbert street!
