I'd love to see the back of him but he's not the problem.

Our club is stuffed full of hangers on and incompetents.

A massive reset is the only way forward from here. But even yesterday, watching a pathetic 7th successive defeat, the protest chants were feeble.

I came home from the game yesterday and found my ticket for Everton had arrived. What on earth was I thinking?

I'm only interested in disruption and protest now. **** RvN and this squad of ****wits. If it means not going any more, so be it. If it means making an atmosphere properly toxic, all the better.

Aiyawatt can't deal with protest like he and his mates do in Bangkok. I'm sure he'll be too busy to come to another game now. Useless twat.

As an example, at halftime yesterday I counted 14 blokes with forks on the pitch all in a row doing what one bloke used to do perfectly well. Seagrave have more than fifty ground keepers. The whole club is ****ing ****ed.
Of those 50 grounds keepers probably 25 are dedicated greens keepers!

I’m sure we’ve got a lovely looking golf course!

I/we have seen Leicester City do everything - more good things than I could ever dream of in the last 10 years.
No-one can take the title (and Championships) and FA Cup wins away from us. No-one can take the current/latest club management / club hierarchy fiasco away from us. We have had (and still having!) the most amazing 10 years.

I'm getting old(er), I could, possibly, take almost anything new with Leicester City. For the first time in decades, I just want a boring, steady, mid-table, forgettable period. No news. No headlines.

It would make a refreshing change.

Off you pop Jon.

If you are in an incredibly competitive business, where the odds are against you succeeding, you need to find where can you make the difference. Within football, the organisational set-up is a way of doing that and doing it financially prudently. Take a look at Wrexham, Newcastle and Villa, all recent high-profile millionaire takeovers, their first acts were to complete reshape at director level those running the football organisation.

If Top can't see that in an area where you don't have the expertise, you need to listen to experienced, well rounded individuals, then we are off to hell in a handcart. It's like having a really good racing car and have anything other than a very experience, well qualified driver in the seat. His DoF, he's blurred the lines of business and friendship and now he can't row back on it because he's too ingrained into things more than LCFC (and probably knows too many skeletons). Rudkin's CV is pitiful and he's not respected across football. He got involved with Racing and surprise, surprise, King Power stables haven't had a decent winner in years. Wonder if Jon knows a lot about racing?

The protest before the Arsenal match at least shows some fight.

Oganised by FoxesTalk, say what you want, they’ve at least planned something. We need to show our discontent ASAP. Like a good fart, better out than in.

I’ll be there, wearing a dildo.

Have you more on this? I get fans not being convinced, I expect that, but the words of his peers might persuade me.
On the very outside, he doesn't attend the Premier League stakeholder meetings despite it generally being the DoFs/Tech Directors that do. Whelan does these. She also had to step in on the transfer deals for Fofana & Maguire to get them over the line.

The Jack Harrison sat at Seagrave for £30million but it fell through another example where peers giggle between themselves.

However the best story which shows his incompetence and the madness of Jon is the summer of 2016. When the cash was burning a hole in our pocket but Steve Walsh left because Rudkin was selected over him for the DoF role. We signed Islam Slimani in late August.

The previous summer and January, Walsh & Pearson were convinced he was the striker to push them on in the PL. His background not to dis-similar to Vardy and a desire to work his bollocks off. But they told the club, he's not worth more than £10m, we can get better if we go over that. So Sporting wanted big money. Walsh said leave it. We signed Ulloa & Kramaric for similar figures. Ulloa invaluable. Kramaric, missed the mark here but has proven to be a very good player elsewhere (his recent interview at Hoffenehim, exactly the bollocks we are missing at the moment, probably learnt from his half a season at Leicester about standards).

When Walsh left, Rudkin was left with the analysts data and those still working at the club. Ranieri wants Deeney. Deeney doesn't come. Hold on we know the man we can give you Claudio. Slimani signs. But for the whopping fee of £28m. And on a wage which gave him absolute zero desire to show that same effort and desire he'd built his earlier career on. His attitude here ended up stinky yet he can't be that bad of a bloke, he's still playing now, with a very weird and wonderful career of clubs.

So in short he is well out of his depth… and everyone knows.

The benefit of hindsight and so on, but that sounds like a real sliding doors moment
Given Walsh's expertise and success with us, it almost seemed a logical next step that he'd become the DoF. There's no guarantee this would have been a success of course (he failed at Everton (but then that's Everton) and I seem to remember his relationship with Claudio becoming strained towards the end) but at the very least, I think he'd have preserved what worked so well for us, notably recruitment.
