Down in Essex today taking my youngest daughter to a dance audition at CPA in Romford and having been on a tour around their facilities etc and a nice breakfast at a cafe in North Street now need something to do until 3pm when we go back for a Q&A.
Any suggestions.

Drive somewhere nicer?

Well we were going to Clacton but as its the start of school holidays the days quite sunny and we have to be back at 3 we realised there wouldnt be a lot ot time once we got there and someone in the cafe told us that the last part is a single carriage way.
Still in the cafe at the moment as using their wifi and having another drink.

Loving the local accent. Awaight mate I'll have a latt ey over ere.

Free wifi, discount off the meals and drinks (older daughter with me works for said company) electric point to charge mobile and laptop
what more could you ask for.
An afro wig?

?...in Wetherspoons for a quite a while and only had one drink. And in here I feel quite young in comparison to some of the regulars.

My local Wetherspoons is full of old people in the daytime making a half of stout last for several hours. Perhaps that will be my social life in a few years too!

Tilbury docks and Grays are lovely this time of year.
I am not sure they have ever been lovely at any time of year, although I have happy memories of playing in Grays park off Bridge Road, and wandering around Tilbury fort.
