Are Leicester City really better off under Eriksson than Sousa?

Sousa squad
- clear to everyone they were unfit, would certaintly not happened with Faz as his 2nd in command
- had about half the team asking for transfers
- played a passing game, so leaves the best passer of the ball Wellens out of the side initially, no logic at all
- wrecked several of the best young players from the previous season

Agreed that Sven may have benefited from the players already "trying" to play a style he wanted from Sousa's time, but there is little else Sven could thank him for, certainly the lack of fitness to me explains our fall away this season, as the efforts made getting us close to the play offs basically burnt out several of the players who played most games (like King) - hence Oakley looking fresh when he was given a few games

with Sousa we were bottom 9/10 games into the season and quickly dying.
Sven took us into the playoff places a few times and unfortunately we have drifted away but have ended higher up the table than were Sousa would have left us.
He's able to sign players like Naughton, Yakubu, Davis etc...who have all helped us climb the table. Sousa brought in Leon Crncic, Moreno and Michael ****ing Lamey.
Sven is therefore, in my opinion, a much better manager than Sousa. And we are better off with him in charge and next season we will smash this league.

good night.

Can't remember us being in the top six at all this season. We've threatened a few times, but kept coming up short.

That's correct. The highest we ever got to was seventh.
