They can. AHMP is also an option which could, effectively, amount to much the same thing. The justice system does work correctly if it is applied by a sensible hand. Sadly, this is not always possible.

And round 2 will take place on Saturday as both the EDL and UAF have issued statements to say that they will return at the weekend, The Sheffield shops in the area around and near the Cenotaph are up in arms about it and want their protests banned.

For 3 years, we've been highlighing that muslims are proud to call themselves fascists, that fascism was a form of socialism, and that the UAF were fascists.

Now that this message has got out there, the liberal establishment are saying "please stop using the word 'fascist'".

The EDL said they only wanted to lay a wreath at the Cenotaph

EDL members said they were raising their arms in a victory salute and mimicking Churchill with a ‘V’ sign.

They said most of their chants were ‘you’re not English any more’ and ‘we are England’, in an attempt to show ‘national pride’.

But what happened

Sheffield Central MP Paul Blomfield claimed EDL supporters made Nazi salutes as well as Churchill-style ‘V’ signs when they entered Barker’s Pool and approached the war memorial to lay the wreath.

EDL supporters, who initially shouted ‘Yorkshire’ changing their chants to ‘Allah is a paedophile’ and ‘if you wear a yellow jacket, you’re a ****’ at police.
