Reminds me of a conversation we had with some Swansea fans before our game against them after he joined us, they told us that Sousa fined players who went to the gym after training because they didn't think they'd done enough training and took players to strip clubs instead of taking training sessions. I don't think he understands that some players aren't as good as he was and need to be fit to play.
