Very poor review in the Saturday Times, hope they've got it wrong. They try and recreate the test card girl stuff with a clown from the Ashes to Ashes video, and Gene Hunt starts reusing old material ("armed b****ds") very early on.

Life on mars was quality and this has started off very well, and i am more familiar with the music as i was 9 in 1981.
The speed boat scene was comedy gold.
