Match day experience at the KP is completely underwhelming and actually makes watching down the pub with a beer in hand more appealing by the year. The fact a stand-up chap like David enjoys it better than Filbo possibly explains why I don't enjoy it as much.

Yes I objected to the racism that was on the terraces in the 1960s and 1970s. Racist abuse may have reflected your culture "warts and all" but don't generalise it as "working class culture" You may have enjoyed it but the opposition to racism came mainly from the Labour Party and Trade Unions - organisations which I support and you snobbishly like to dismiss as "plebs".
