Like I said in the article, you expect certain things to be different to advertised due to the no cost factor, but certain things you don't expect. There are plenty of people who need free hosting and it wouldn't be worth the cost to pay for it. If the banks accepted peoples money then suddenly stopped giving it back unless they upgraded their accounts then people would grumble!
