I think with leicester it's the false hope that gets to people. How many times have you said "I'd take a draw here" only to be gutted when we let in a last minute equaliser. I bet a lot of people would have taken a draw against cov but not from being 2-0 up.
The same will happen if we don't make the play offs Most people including myself would have been more than happy with a top half finish but it will hurt more having been up there for most of the season.

Its not always where you end up but how you got there!!
