Why should he take a pay cut? He earns what he can, who are we to suggest how much other people should be paid. Admittedly it is a lot of money but thats what Leeds offered him and he has the right to continue to make them pay it

They are not on the verge, just interested. Its hard to see a foreigner have a massive wage cut.

Good player, and a nice bloke. Mrs G & one of my lads were part of a fans' syndicate that sponsored him at Fulham last season. Likes living in England, but would be unlikely to want to go too far from London.

Not sure he is the style of player we need, however - holding player, not a natural tackler, which is why he hasn't been holding a regular place.
