"Which companies use the Belbin Questionnaire?"

Does anyone know of any company that uses it, and if so, do you/they think it is useful?

They must have changed the definition of random since I was at school.

my boss went on something like this to identify which members of the team are the plodders, innovaters, leaders

the course would have been on learning tree www.learningtree.co.uk, not sure if it explicitly named Belbin, but something of that kind was on the course

Might come as a bit of a shock to you, but they don't use chalk and slate anymore
