Just got back, well a few days ago now, but it was quality!

Words of advice for those who may be interested, Don't Camp, its too hot and you'll die of exhaustion with the festival ending at 5/6am and the sun rising at 6/7am starting the roasting heat.

We got a good deal on a hotel about 20k up the coast which was fantastic and its easy to hire and car and get there and back, just take it in turns, plus its too hot to get overly pissed anyway.

Musically, The Sunday Drivers, The Walkmen, Babyshambles, Futureheads, Strokes, Pixies and Morrisey were all good. 2ManyDJ's were their usual entertaining selves as well.

Franz Ferdinand stole the show in my opinion, and I'm not a huge fan of their 2nd album either, but they were awesome live.

If you can't get Glasto tickets I'd definately recommend it.:038:

Dunc, how many stages do they have and, more importantly were the toilets any good?

There is one main open air stage about the size of the Other stage at Glastonbury and then a second stage under cover (not a tent as such and big) and then 2 smaller stages covered in a similar manner. In the tents there are huge fans and machines that spray mist down on the crowd which worked as well as could be expected.

The main stage started at about 8pm with bands like the Walkmen, Babyshambles, Soulwax, Rufus Wainwright, We Are Scientists and Art Brut on the smaller stages usually earlier on - from about 6/7pm. Headliners on the main stage start from 9pm and finish at 3am.

Toilets range from open air urinals to the main toilet area nr the main stage which is a permanent feature with porcelain bogs and people handing bog rolls out at the doors! Bit different to Glasto in that respect! Plus there are the usual hoardes of portaloos too.

The festival is sponsered by Heineken and there are loads and loads of bars, the longest I queued was for about 3mins and a litre of beer was 5€ or a huge shot, mixer and ice was 3€.

Its very well organised outside the camping and although the site itself is pretty small without much to do outside of the stages the quality of the line up and small gaps between bands (on average 25mins) meant I was well entertained anyway.
