I was thinking Guppy as he did play 'wing back' but he was 10 times better in the opposition's half then he was in our own so makes it a tough call for left back but still one of my all time favourite players being a lefty too!

Bruno Berner wasn't the best we've had but I think he deserves a mention as he was another favourite at the time.

David Nish

Darren Eadie had potential

Norman Leet, just for the best own goal I've seen at Filbo :)

Neil Lewis showed so much promise on his debut (the one famed for the Hot dog kid Russell Hoult)

I live with his nephew at Uni.

Big Norm, wasn't renowned for his looks. If his nephew carries on the family trait you should be ok for the fitter birds ;)
Does he mention his uncles own goal?

We're both fully birded up, regardless of both being quite hideous.

He's mentioned his Under 21 cap, which takes pride of place in his nan's living room, as well as Norman Leet being desperately unlucky with an injury/illness that ended his career. I can't remember what the reason was, but I don't think it was an issue caused by his playing footy.
