Leicester City 2-2 Scunthorpe United
24 April 2009

It took until the final home game of the season but Michael Morrison's first and second goals of the season won him his first man of the match award of the season in the 2-2 home draw with Scunthorpe. Morrison was followed by defensive partner Jack Hobbs who celebrated the signing of his new four year contract with a solid defensive display, while Max Gradel rounded off the top three.

Marc Edworthy was voted City's poorest player on the day with Andy King and Matty Fryatt coming closest out of those who played long enough to be considered for the title of flop of the match.

Can't argue with either of them two Morisson man on of the match and Edworthy flop of the match. Edworthy was dreadful and was so far behind play it was untrue, like his tackleing!
