Bloody Italians....

Last week I requested a DNS change to point to the new server - if they'd done it when they were asked there would have been no downtime. I'll see if I can find out what's gone wrong.

I thought it was gonna be something like that, that's why I didn't bother you straightaway.

Just been through the process again, and it looks like their system is designed to confuse people.
For each A record you change, you have to put the IP address in and click save. But then there's another page you have to go to and click save again before they actually make the changes. I've been through the process again, and clicked on the second save button, so the change should now take place.

the main blogged.it page is now back up & I can login ok, but if you try and view any of the blogs a cPanel page appears with the msg:

"You are seeing this page because there is nothing configured for the site you have requested."

I'm presuming it is going to take a while for the new DNS to propagate?
