As much as I like the music of BJ, I have to disagree Shaun. They were fairly cool in the late '80's when they released Slippery but in the 90's they were still a very, very good band, and excellent musicians, but cool, no.

Metallica were taking mainstream rock to a new level with the Black Album, Nirvana were all over the charts and it was sad time because 80's glam was on the decline. I would say that Skid Row and The Crue were the only ones to keep their "Coolness"

I wasnt saying Bon Jovi were cool in the early 90s, I'm saying that even now I think their image back then was and still is cool. The Keep The Faith album of 92 was quality.
